1. Declare invalid the resolution NKRE of 10.03.99 No. 309 "About electricity tariffs, released to the population and settlements", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 10.03.99 for No. 151/3444 (with changes).
2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to management of price policy in power industry submission of this resolution on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. The resolution becomes effective since May 01, 2012, but not earlier than day of its official publication.
