According to the powers conferred by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 21.04.98 N 335/98 "Question of the National commission of regulation of power industry of Ukraine", the Law of Ukraine "About power industry", the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 25, 1996 N 1548 "About establishment of powers of executive bodies and executive bodies of city councils concerning price regulation (rates)" according to the Law of Ukraine "About ratification of the Credit agreement (The project of market development of power industry) between Ukraine and the International Bank for Reconstruction and Development" and for providing more full recovery with the population of actual expenses on production, transfer and delivery of electrical energy the National commission of regulation of power industry DECIDES:
1. Approve electricity tariffs which is released to the population and settlements (are applied).
2. Approve the Procedure for application of electricity tariffs that is released to the population and to settlements it (is applied).
3. Determine that this resolution becomes effective since April 1, 1999.
4. Declare invalid, the resolution NKRE of 10.04.98 of N 420, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 15.04.98 N 244/2684.
