About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine in connection with adoption of the Customs code of Ukraine

The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine decides:

I. Due to the adoption of the Customs code of Ukraine to make changes to such legal acts of Ukraine:

1. Part the second article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About authorization system in the field of economic activity" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2005, No. 48, Art. 483; 2010, No. 13, Art. 128; 2011, 536) after words" (except the relations concerning issue of the documents of allowing nature necessary for receipt of the license for carrying out certain type of economic activity)" to add Art. No. 48-49, with words of "protection of frontier, the public customs affairs".

2. Paragraph two of part five of article 5 of the Law of Ukraine "About the principles of prevention and anti-corruption" (2011, No. 40, the Art. 404) after words of "Military service of law and order in the Armed Forces of Ukraine" to add sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine with words of "division of internal security of customs authorities".

3. In the Law of Ukraine "About the single collection levied at check points through frontier of Ukraine" (Sheets of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, 2001, No. 50, Art. 260; 2003, No. 7, Art. 68):

Part one of Article 1 to state 1) in such edition:

"Article 1. Single collection is established concerning vehicles of the domestic and foreign owners determined in article 5 of this Law, crossing frontier of Ukraine and levied for implementation at check points through frontier of Ukraine according to the legislation of Ukraine of sanitarnoepidemiologichesky, veterinary and sanitary, phytosanitary, environmental control of goods (including in the form of preliminary documentary control) and radiological goods control and vehicles, for journey of vehicles by highways of Ukraine and for journey of automotive vehicles with exceeding of the established sizes of lump, axial loadings and (or) dimensional parameters";
