3.1. Provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.
3.2. Place this Procedure and request form on public information which manager is Public service of mountain supervision and industrial safety of Ukraine, on the website of Public service of mountain supervision and industrial safety of Ukraine.
3.3. Enter registration of requests for information which arrive orally or in writing during personal acceptance, by mail, the telefax, e-mail or phone.
