About approval of the Procedure for filling of the declaration of customs value

According to the Regulations on the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine approved by the Presidential decree of Ukraine of 08.04.2011 No. 446, and Item 5 of the Procedure for declaring of customs value of goods which move through customs border of Ukraine and submissions of data for its confirmation approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 20.12.2006 No. 1766 I ORDER:

1. Approve the Procedure for filling of the declaration of customs value which is applied.

2. Recognize invalid orders of the State Customs Service of Ukraine:

of 02.12.2003 No. 828 "About approval of the Procedure for filling of the declaration of customs value", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 19.12.2003 for No. 1192/8513;

of 21.07.2005 No. 686 "About modification of the order of State Customs Service of Ukraine of 02.12.2003 No. 828", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 05.08.2005 for No. 858/11138;

of 26.10.2009 No. 1017 "About modification of the Procedure for filling of the declaration of customs value", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 18.11.2009 for No. 1100/17116.

3. (Chmeruk M. O.) and to Department of customs payments of the State Customs Service of Ukraine (Gil S. P.) in accordance with the established procedure to submit to department of tax, customs policy and methodology of financial accounting of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine this order on state registration to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

4. This order becomes effective in 10 days from the date of its official publication.
