According to Articles 259-275 of the Customs code of Ukraine of 11.07.2002 N 92-IV and the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 28.08.2003 N 1375 "About approval of the Procedure for declaring of customs value of goods which move through customs border of Ukraine" I ORDER:
1. Approve the Procedure for filling of the declaration of customs value (further - the Procedure) which is applied.
2. Information analytically to customs authority (Shulyak V. P.) till 01.01.2004 to develop the software for implementation of requirements of the Procedure.
3. To management of control of customs value and nomenclature (Voytseshchuk A. D.) and to Management of legal work (Budakov A. Yu.) provide registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
4. To chiefs of regional customs, customs to bring requirements of the Procedure to permission of subjects of foreign economic activity.
5. Determine that this order is applied from day of entry into force of the Customs code of Ukraine.
6. To impose control over the implementation of the order on the vice-chairman of Service Dyomin Yu. M.
