1. Approve the Procedure for the conclusion by the state companies, organizations, the organizations, and also economic societies in which authorized capital the share of the state exceeds 50 percent, cooperation agreements, commission agreements, the order and property management which is applied.

2. Declare invalid the order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of May 7, 2008 No. 703 "Questions of the conclusion of some agreements" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2008, No. 35, the Art. 1183).

3.
