1. Item 17 of the Regulations on life-long professional education of leading employees and specialists approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 15, 2011 No. 954 "About single questions of additional education of adults" (National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2011, No. 86, 5/34189), to add with the paragraph the fifth the following content:
"in public institution of education "Training center of leading employees and specialists of system of the State Property Committee" the fullness of educational groups of listeners of number of persons employed of Fund of state-owned property of the State committee on property, regional, Minsk city state-owned property of the territorial funds mastering contents of educational programs of advanced training of leading employees and specialists in questions of the property relations (including management, the order, privatization, assessment and accounting of the property which is in state-owned property), leases of the property which is in state-owned property, reforming of state-owned property, possessory supervision and the circulation of shares, the holding auctions and tenders on property acquisition which is in state-owned property makes at least 8 people.".
2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
