About some questions of republican property

The government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:

1. Create Limited liability partnership "Kazmedia Ortalyga managing company (further - the Partnership) with absolute participation of the state in its authorized capital.

2. Determine the main object of activity of the Partnership ensuring effective functioning of the building of "Kazmedia of ortalyga" in the city of Astana.

3. To create the authorized capital of the Partnership at the expense of republican property, according to appendix to this resolution.

4. To provide to committee of information and archives of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) approval of the Charter of the Partnership;

2) state registration of the Partnership in judicial authorities;

3) acceptance of other measures for implementation of this resolution.

5. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide transfer in the procedure for right of possession and use of the state share established by the legislation in the authorized capital of the Partnership to Committee of information and archives of the Ministry of Culture and information of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. Agree with the offer of joint-stock company "The Kazakstan Temir Zhola national company about broadcast of the building "Kazmedia of ortalyga" with the parcel of land after acceptance of object by the state inspection in republican property according to the gift agreement.
