Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Rules of implementation of the state phytosanitary quarantine control at check points through frontier of the Russian Federation approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of June 29, 2011 N 502 (The Russian Federation Code, 2011, N 27, by the Art. 3938).

Changes which are made to Rules of implementation of the state phytosanitary quarantine control at check points through frontier of the Russian Federation

1. "Add" with Items 10 (1) - 10(6) following contents:

"10(1). If on the quarantine products which arrived sea or air transport to single customs area of the Customs union the documents specified in item 4 of these rules are not submitted, such goods are located with carrier on warehouse of temporary storage or to other place of temporary storage established by "part 1 of Article 198" of the Federal Law "About Customs Regulation in the Russian Federation" (further - the place of temporary storage). At the same time the quarantine products are located to the place of temporary storage separately from other goods which are in the place of temporary storage.

If the carrier refuses to place the specified quarantine products in the place of temporary storage, the official of customs authority performs actions according to Item 11 of these rules.
