The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the Procedure for consideration of the questions connected with preparation and introduction of representations concerning persons whose position assignment and dismissal is performed by the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine by the President of Ukraine or by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine it is approved with the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine which is applied.

2. To provide to heads of the central executive bodies, the Chairman of the board of ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, chairmen of the regional, Kiev and Sevastopol city public administrations, heads of the national economic associations, the companies, organizations and organizations selection of competent applicants for appointment to the corresponding position, preparation on due levels of necessary documents and their timely representation to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.

3. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of November 22, 2010 No. 1065 "Some questions connected with preparation and introduction of representations concerning persons whose position assignment and dismissal is performed by the President of Ukraine or the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine or agrees with the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2010 No. 90, the Art. 3181).
