Regulations on assessment of language competence and determination of level of proficiency in state language by foreigners who petition for provision of the right to permanent stay in the Republic of Moldova, according to appendix No. 1; sample of the certificate confirming the average level of the ownership of state language issued to foreigners who petition for provision of the right to permanent stay in the Republic of Moldova, according to appendix No. 2.

Assessment of language competence and determination of level of proficiency in state language by foreigners who petition for provision of the right to permanent stay in the Republic of Moldova, to assign to the examination committee by determination of level of knowledge of provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova and state language approved by the Order of the Government No. 1279 of November 19, 2001. "About approval of the Regulations on procedure for determination of level of knowledge of provisions of the Constitution of the Republic of Moldova and state language" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2001, No. 141-143, of the Art. 1327), with subsequent changes and amendments.
