2. To committee of forest and hunting economy of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to the procedure, established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan to provide state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days from the date of its first official publication.

1. General provisions

1. These rules of issue of import permits to the Republic of Kazakhstan and export out of its limits of objects of flora, their parts and derivatives, including types of the plants referred to category rare and being under the threat of disappearance (further - Rules) are developed according to the Forest code of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 8, 2003 and determine procedure for issue of import permits to the Republic of Kazakhstan and export out of its limits of objects of flora, their parts and derivatives, including types of the plants referred to category rare and which are under the threat of disappearance.

7. Copies of the following documents are attached to the Request for receipt of the import permit to the Republic of Kazakhstan and export out of its limits of objects of flora, their parts and derivatives:

1) for legal entities - the certificate on state registration (re-registration); for the individual entrepreneur - the certificate on state registration; for physical person - the identity document;

8. 12. The applicant, for receipt of the import permit to the Republic of Kazakhstan and export out of its limits of types of the plants referred to category rare and being under the threat of disappearance, sends to Committee of forest and hunting economy of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Committee) the Request for receipt of the import permit to the Republic of Kazakhstan and export out of its limits of types of the plants referred to category rare and which are under the threat of disappearance in form according to appendix 4 to these rules.
