1. Approve the enclosed Instruction of consideration, permission of appeals of physical persons and legal entities, reception of citizens in law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan (dalee-Instruktion).

2. To chairmen of committees, chiefs of departments and independent managements of central office of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, departments of internal affairs of areas, cities of Almaty, Astana and on transport, criminal executive system, the organizations of education, territorial and linear law-enforcement bodies, organizations, the organizations and to commanders of connections and parts of Internal troops of the Ministry of Internal Affairs:

1) to organize studying of the Instruction by staff of law-enforcement bodies, employees of the secretariats (office). Provide unconditional accomplishment of the requirements containing in the Instruction;

2) to take necessary measures for further improvement of work with appeals of physical persons and legal entities, reception of citizens;
