2. Determine that the Department on development of the competition under the Ministry of Economics of the Kyrgyz Republic is legal successor of the State agency of anti-monopoly regulation under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. Declare invalid the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the State agency of anti-monopoly regulation under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" of December 4, 2009 No. 732.
4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of official publication.
