2. Determine that the State agency of anti-monopoly regulation under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic is legal successor:

- The state agency on the antimonopoly policy and development of the competition under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- National communication agency of the Kyrgyz Republic and State department on regulation of fuel and energy complex under the Ministry of Industry, Energy and Fuel Resources of the Kyrgyz Republic regarding tasks, functions and powers on anti-monopoly regulation and consumer protection.

3. To the state agency of anti-monopoly regulation under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic:

- prepare and introduce in accordance with the established procedure drafts of the regulatory legal acts providing modification and amendments in the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic;

- bring the decisions into accord with this resolution;

- take other measures following from this resolution.
