1. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning enhancement of use of information and communication technologies in activities of state bodies.

2. To the Ministry of Telecom and Mass Communications of the Russian Federation:

a) ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of 01.07.2024 No. 900

b) ceased to be valid;

c) submit within 3-month term in accordance with the established procedure in the Government of the Russian Federation the draft of the act of approval of regulations on the national fund of algorithms and programs providing storage of programs for electronic computers, access of state bodies and local government bodies to ready programs for electronic computers for the purpose of ensuring their reuse.

3. Recommend to other state bodies to be guided in the activities and in activities of the bodies by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of May 24, 2010 N 365 "About coordination of actions for use of information and communication technologies in activities of state bodies".

4. Recommend to executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation:

provide coordination of actions for use of information and communication technologies, to creation, development, upgrade, operation of the information systems and information and telecommunication infrastructure performed by executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation;
