About modification and amendments in the Technical rules about procedure for seal, use and filling of the customs declaration approved by the Order of Customs Service No. 346-O of 24.12.2009.
For the purpose of ensuring uniform application of the tax and customs current legislation, and also based on provisions of Art. 12 of the Customs code of the Republic of Moldova and Item 8 of the Regulations on Customs Service approved by the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova No. 4 of 2:01. 2007, I ORDER:
1. Bring in the Technical rules about procedure for seal, use and filling of the customs declaration approved by the Order of Customs Service No. 346-O of 24:12. 2009, following changes:
in the Section II, Item 9 lit.a) to state in the following edition:
"a) the goods imported or exported by legal entities in non-commercial purposes which customs value does not exceed 100 euros;"
in Item 22, in the Section "And Instructions on Filling of the Customs Declaration of Customs Procedures of Export, Temporary Export, Re-export, Transit", in the description of column 9 - "Responsabil financiar" of the word "and who will receive payment for these goods" to exclude.
2. Be reworded as follows appendix No. 11 to Technical rules about procedure for seal, use and filling of the customs declaration (according to appendix).
3. Be reworded as follows appendix No. 14 to Technical rules about procedure for seal, use and filling of the customs declaration (according to appendix).
4. Enter GP "Vamservinform" into the information system "Asycuda World" of change and amendment, necessary for execution of this Order.
5. Execution of this Order is assigned to chiefs of customs and to GP "Vamservinform".
6. Control of proper execution of this order is imposed on department of the income and information technologies.
