Bring in the List of documents which are filed by the lessee to the lessor for the conclusion of the lease agreement of the property belonging to state-owned property, approved by the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of November 14, 2005 No. 2975, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 16, 2006 for No. 29/11903, such changes:

1.1. In line items 5, sign and figure "+-2" to replace the 6th columns 4 with sign" -";
