2. To the ministry of development of communities and territories together with the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Justice to develop and submit in accordance with the established procedure to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine proposals concerning modification of the legal acts necessary for realization of provisions of this resolution.
