According to the subitem 44) of Item 10 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 28, 2004 No. 1116, I ORDER:

1. Approve technique of cost determination of conducting examination and assessment of documentation on questions of budget investments and concessions (further - the Technique) according to appendix to this order.

2. To department of investment policy when planning expenses on the budget program for examination and assessment of documentation on questions of budget investments and concession, and also the conclusion of the service provision agreement on examination and assessment of documentation on questions of budget investments and concession to be guided by the Technique.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the Responsible secretary of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan Shazhenova D. M.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of signing.
