About modification and amendments in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 3, 2012 No. 113

For the purpose of financing of reconstruction (upgrade) and technical retrofitting of the organizations of linen industry the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:

1. Bring in the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of February 3, 2012 No. 113 "About development of the organizations of linen industry" (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2012, No. 18, 5/35219) the following changes and amendments:

in Item 1 of the word "in the amount of 450 billion rubles" and "provided by business plans of their development, for 7 years" to replace respectively with the words "in the amount of 574 billion rubles" and "provided by business plans, for a period of up to 15 years";

to add appendix to this resolution with Items 9-11 of the following content:

"9. Pruzhansky Flax-processing Plant open joint stock company.

10. Shklovsky Flax-processing Plant open joint stock company.

11. Volozhinsky Flax Processing Business open joint stock company.".

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its acceptance and extends the action to the legal relationship which arose since February 3, 2012.
