About entering of amendments into some legal acts

Art. I. - Article 1 of the Law on departure from the Republic of Moldova and entry into the Republic of Moldova No. 269-XIII of November 9, 1994 (1995, No. 6, Art. 54), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with part (11) the following content:
"(11) Citizens of the Republic of Moldova irrespective of their residence or the location, the stateless person and the foreign citizens having the right to permanent or temporary stay in the Republic of Moldova who are beyond its limits and have no the valid travel document for return to the Republic of Moldova, can drive to the Republic of Moldova based on the document on trip issued by diplomatic representations or consular establishments of the Republic of Moldova. The procedure for request and issue of the document on trip, and also its form, content and effective period are established in the provision approved by the Government.".
Art. II. - Article 2 of the Law on the consular fees No. 242 of September 24, 2010 (2010, Art. No. 231-234, 732), with subsequent changes, to add the official monitor of the Republic of Moldova with the concept "the document on trip" of the following content:
"the document on trip - the temporary document for one-time entry into the Republic of Moldova which is issued to citizens of the Republic of Moldova to persons without grazhdanstvaobladatel of the right to permanent or temporary stay in the Republic of Moldova, and also foreign citizens owners of the right to permanent or temporary stay in the Republic of Moldova who for the objective reasons could not receive the travel document in diplomatic representations or consulates of the state which citizens are in case these categories of persons are outside the Republic of Moldova and have no valid travel document for return to the Republic of Moldova.".
Art. III. - To the government in six-months time to bring the regulations into accord with this law.
