For the purpose of reduction of rates for electrical energy in compliance with the real costs connected with acquisition, distribution and delivery of electrical energy, effective operation of distribution networks and the equipment, the Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power DECIDES:
1. Approve rates for the electrical energy delivered to final consumers PEAK of "RED Union Fenosa" of the joint-stock company, JSC RED Nord and JSC RED Nord-Vest according to appendix.
2. Declare invalid the Resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 410 of April 15, 2011 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova No. 63-64/320 of 20:04. 2011).
3. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.
