According to Art. 8 of the h. (1) the item f), Art. 53 of the Law 124/23.12.2009 on the electric power, Methodology of calculation, approval and review of rates for services in electricity distribution and for regulated rates for electrical supply, approved by the resolution of Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power No. 497 of 20.12.2012, for the purpose of opening of electricity market and for uninterrupted providing consumers with the electric power on the minimum costs the Administrative board of the National agency on regulation in power DECIDES:

1. Approve the following rates for the services in distribution of electrical energy rendered PEAK of "RED Union Fenosa" of the joint-stock company, JSC RED Nord and JSC RED Nord-Vest, differentiated depending on the level of tension of distribution power supply networks according to appendix No. 1.

2. Approve regulated rates for delivery the PEAK of "Gas Natural Fenosa Furnizare Energie" of Ltd company, the joint-stock company and JSC Furnizarea Energiei Electrice Nord, electrical energy differentiated depending on Items of differentiation or places of consumption of final consumers according to appendix No. 2.

3. Declare invalid the Resolution of the NARE Administrative board No. 470 of May 11, 2012 (Monitorul Oficial al Republicii Moldova, 2012, No. 92, the Art. 577).

4. This resolution becomes effective from the date of publication.

Regulated rates for delivery of electrical energy

Notes:

1. For not residential customers having the corresponding measuring equipment, the payment for the consumed electric power is performed on the differential tariffs depending on consumption time:

- between: 10-17 hours, 20-22 hours in I and IV quarters of year and 10-20 hours in II and III quarters of year - with 1,0 coefficient from the established rate;

- in rush hours: 7-10 hours, 17-20 hours in I and IV quarters and in rush hours of 7-10 hours, 20-22 hours in II and III quarters of year - with 1,6 coefficient from the established rate;

- at night: all year from 22 to 7 hours - with 0,6 coefficient from the established rate.

For the residential customers having the corresponding measuring equipment, payment for the consumed electric power at night (from 22 to 6 hours) it is levied with 0,6 coefficient from the established rate.

The above-stated provisions are valid only in case the contracts for acquisition of the electric power signed by suppliers and, respectively, the contract between the supplier and the final consumer provide identical conditions.

2. Not residential customers with installed capacity of 50 kVA and more and monthly consumption of active energy of 10 000 kWh and more compensate to the supplier the technological expense of the electric power in distribution networks calculated depending on power factor in electroinstallations of consumers. Criteria of establishment of consumers who shall pay technological expense in distribution networks and payment terms are provided "By the instruction for calculation of technological expense of electrical energy in distribution networks depending on power factor in electroinstallations of consumers.
