1. Approve:

1.1. Form of the act of the current check of accomplishment of terms of the contract of purchase and sale (except objects of construction in progress) which is applied;

1.2. Form of the act of the current check of accomplishment of terms of the contract of purchase and sale of object of construction in progress which is applied;

1.3. Form of the act of final check of accomplishment of terms of the contract of purchase and sale (except objects of construction in progress) which is applied;

1.4. Form of the act of final check of accomplishment of terms of the contract of purchase and sale of object of construction in progress which is applied.

2. Recognize invalid orders of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine:
