About modification and amendments in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "The general technical regulation of the Kyrgyz Republic on safety of land vehicles"

Article 1. Bring in the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "The general technical regulation of the Kyrgyz Republic on safety of land vehicles" (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2009, No. 5, the Art. 495) the following changes and amendments:

1. In the name of the Law and preamble of the word "General Technical" to replace with the word "Technical".

2. In Article 2:

to state paragraphs of the sixth and seventh part 3 in the following edition:

- land vehicles of special purpose - land vehicles of category M, N, T or Oh, intended for accomplishment of special functions which require special configuration or the equipment;";

state part 6 in the following edition:

"Approval of type - the confirmation of conformity like the land vehicle and its design to the established requirements to design issued by authorized body of the state of developer or when it is applicable, the states of the manufacturer.".

3. In Article 4:

the fifth to state the paragraph to part 1 in the following edition:

"-when the document confirming compliance of this land vehicle to special requirements is required by the corresponding technical regulations.";
