1. Approve Standard regulations on service of personnel of state body, authority of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea or their device which are applied.
2. To provide to management of methodical ensuring activities of personnel services of National civil service of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. I reserve control over the implementation of this order.
4. This order comes into effect from the date of the introduction in operation of the Law of Ukraine of November 17, 2011 No. 4050-VI "About public service".
