2. In Regulations on the declaring of safety of hydraulic engineering constructions approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 6, 1998 N 1303 (The Russian Federation Code, 1998, N 46, Art. 5698; 2009, N 2, Art. 258):
a) add Item 5 with the paragraph of the following content:
