1. These rules of distribution of quotas for emissions of greenhouse gases (further - Rules) establish procedure for distribution of quotas for emissions of greenhouse gases.
2. In these rules the following terms and determinations are used:
1) the basic line - the size of amounts of emissions of the greenhouse gases made for the established period or year expressed in carbon dioxide equivalent tons;
