1. Approve the enclosed Regulations on Public Council on control of activities of police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (daleeobshchestvenny Council).

2. To chiefs of departments of internal affairs of the cities of Astana, Almaty, areas and on transport, the organizations of education and independent divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs to bring into accord with this order of provision and regulations of work of Public Councils.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 13, 2007 No. 146 "About creation of Public Council on control of activities of police in case of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan".

4. To impose control of execution of this order on Department of state language, information (Oraz N. S.) and Department of personnel work (Orazgaliyev A. Zh.) Ministries of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

5. This order becomes effective from the date of signing.
