3. To chiefs of departments of internal affairs of areas, cities of Astana, Almaty and on transport (further - DVD):
1) to create Public council in case of DVD;

4. Recognize invalid orders of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan:
1) of April 9, 2012 No. 223 "About approval of the Regulations on Public Council on control of activities of police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan";
2) of September 28, 2012 No. 525 "About statement of structure of Public Council under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
5. To impose the organization of activities of Public council and control of execution of this order on the Headquarters Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (Bilyalov B. S.).
