About modification of the Order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of 29.09.2011 No. 1420

According to the Law of Ukraine of January 13, 2012 "About introduction of amendments to some laws of Ukraine concerning privatization concerning realization of provisions of the State program of privatization for 2012-2014" and for the purpose of reduction of normative legal acts of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine in compliance with requirements of the legislation I ORDER to No. 4336-VI:

1. Bring in the order of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine of September 29, 2011 No. 1420 "About approval of the Regulations on competitive selection of contractors on land management", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 19, 2011 for No. 1210/19948, such change:

in preamble of the order of the word and figures "Item 5 of the Procedure for sale of objects which are subject to privatization, together with the parcels of land of state-owned property, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of 08.07.2009 No. 689" shall be replaced with words also in figures of "the paragraph of third of part one of article 18-1 of the Law of Ukraine "On privatization of state-owned property"".

2. In accordance with the established procedure to provide to department of land relations of Department of land relations, public procurements and publishing activities of Fund of state-owned property of Ukraine submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

3. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the First Deputy Chairman of Fund according to distribution of functional obligations.

4. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
