About modification of form of the approximate agreement on provision of medium-term loan

According to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 02, 2012 to No. 264 "About modification of the Procedure for provision to Council of Ministers of the Autonomous Republic of Crimea, local public administrations and executive bodies of the relevant local councils of medium-term loans and their repayments" and for the purpose of repayment settlement by local budgets of the lowest level of medium-term loans and debts on loans, including interest-free, I ORDER:

1. Make to the section V forms of the approximate agreement on provision of the medium-term loan approved by the order of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine of January 14, 2011 No. 14 "About approval of document forms for provision of medium-term loans" registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 31, 2011 for No. 129/18867 (with changes), such changes:

1.1. In Item 5.4:

in the paragraph the second to replace the word of "April" with the word of "December";

third to state the paragraph in such edition:

"Repayment of such debt within the overfulfillment amount in the next budget period is performed till eleven calendar months by transfer into the single treasurer income account of the general fund of the corresponding local budget according to the repayment schedule approved by territorial authority of Treasury and local financial body. The amount of monthly payments on debt repayment shall not exceed 5 percent of amount of the income of the general fund of the local budget for the corresponding month.".

1.2. Add with Item 5.5 of such content:
