1. Approve the Procedure for increase in level of professional competence of government employees which is applied.
2. To provide to management of the organization of training submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.
3. This order becomes effective at the same time with the introduction in operation of the Law of Ukraine of November 17, 2011 No. 4050-VI "About public service".
4. To impose control over the implementation of this order on the vice-chairman of National civil service of Ukraine according to distribution of obligations.
