1. Approve Regulations on regional managements of forest and hunting economy of the State agency of forest resources of Ukraine which are applied.
2. (Sivets V. M.) to provide to the state agency of forest resources of Ukraine development and approval of provisions on each separate regional management.
3. Declare invalid the order of the State committee of forestry of Ukraine of July 04, 2007 No. 223 "About approval of the Regulations on regional managements of forest and hunting economy", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on July 09, 2007 for No. 779/14046.
4. To department of agriculture (Demidov O. A.) submit this order to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on state registration.
