1. Approve Methodological regulations of the organization and carrying out professional training of the unemployed (are applied).

2. To national employment agency of the population:

provide employment agencies of the population of areas, municipiums, ATO Gagauzia and educational institutions, service providers on professional training of the unemployed with these Methodological regulations;

organize, as necessary, with the specialists of territorial agencies responsible for professional training of the unemployed, zone instructive seminars on effective implementation of these Methodological regulations.

3. Provide to the Ministry of Public Education educational institutions (service providers on professional training of the unemployed) with curricula and programs with the reduced training terms, according to professional standards and standards on employment.

4. Cancel the joint order of the Ministry of Economy and Trade No. 89 of 13.12.2007 and the Ministry of Education and youth No. 869 of 13.12.2007 "About approval of Methodological regulations of the organization and carrying out professional training of the unemployed".
