About approval of the Regulations on procedure for the organization of professional training of the unemployed

1. Approve Regulations on procedure for the organization of professional training of the unemployed according to appendix.

2. To the Ministry of Labour, Social Protection and Family:

together with the Ministry of Public Education in 2-month time to provide development and approval of Methodical regulations of the organization and carrying out professional training of the unemployed;

by October 1, 2003 to provide:

training of the serving employment agencies of the population of areas, municipiums and ATO Gagauzia to application of the Regulations on procedure for the organization of professional training of jobless and Methodical regulations of the organization and carrying out professional training of the unemployed;

broad informing the population on procedure for the organization of professional training of the unemployed by means of the edition of booklets, the organization of broadcasts and meetings with the citizens who are in job search, the publication in accordance with the established procedure of the specified regulations.

3. Declare invalid the appendix N 2 to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Moldova N 995 of September 25, 1998 "About some measures for social protection and employment of the unemployed" (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 1998, N 92-93, Art. 968).
