ORDER OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

About approval of rate of export customs duty on the soybeans which are exported out of limits of the State Parties of agreements on the Customs union

The government of the Russian Federation decides:

1. In partial change of the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 6, 2012 N 88 "About approval of rates of export customs duties on the goods exported from the Russian Federation out of limits of the State Parties of agreements on the Customs union, and about recognition voided some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation" (The Russian Federation Code, 2012, N 7, by the Art. 869) to approve rate of export customs duty on soybeans (the FEACN CU code 1201) in the amount of, equal 5 percent of customs value, but 8, suffice 5 euros for 1000 kg.

For the purposes of application of the specified rate of export customs duty the goods are determined only by the FEACN CU code. The description of goods is given only for convenience of use.

2. This resolution becomes effective after 30 days after day of its official publication and is effective till September 30, 2012 inclusive.
