In "The instruction for use water objects for hydroenergy needs", approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Azerbaijan Republic of December 6, 2000 No. 216 (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2000, No. 12, Article 867; 2005, No. 6, Article 558; 2006, No. 4, Article 370) to make the following changes:

1.1. in parts 4, 6 and 9 to words "The Azerbaijani open joint stock company of melioration and water economy" to add the word "The Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Azerbaijan Republic and";

1.2. in part 12 after the word "mode"... add the word "Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Azerbaijan Republic".
