2. For the purpose of production of electricity schemes of use of water objects for hydroenergy needs are constituted. Such schemes are component of schemes of complex use and protection of water reserves and are prepared by the relevant specialized design institute by request of the State agency on renewable energy resources in case of the Department of Energy and Azerenerzhi Joint-stock company.
