2. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of October 26, 2009 No. 282 "About additional measures for streamlining of retail sale of beer" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2009, No. 910, the Art. 69).
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan R. S. Azimov.

1. In Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of September 4, 1998 No. 378 "About measures for prevention of sale in the markets of low-quality food products" (the joint venture of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1998, No. 9, the Art. 32):

state paragraph two in the following edition:
