About modification of the Presidential decree of Ukraine of January 25, 2012 No. 33

1) according to the procedure of the organization of conducting special verification of data concerning the faces applying for holding the posts, tied with accomplishment of functions of the state or local self-government, approved by the called Decree:

a) add the Procedure with Item 1-1 of such content:

"1-1. For the purposes of this Procedure it is not considered appointment (except appointments which are performed by the President of Ukraine or the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine):

1) appointment according to the procedure of transfer of person into other position within the same public authority (state body) or local government body, appointment according to the procedure of transfer into work from one public authority (state body) or local government body in another;

2) appointment according to the procedure of transfer of person who worked in public authority (state body) which stops, for work in other public authority (state body) to which pass powers and functions of public authority (state body) which stops";

b) in Items 2, of 3, of 6, 8 Procedures for the word "public authority" in all cases shall be replaced with words "public authority (state body)" in the corresponding case;

c) 4, the subitem 6 of Item 7, Item 17 to exclude the paragraph of the seventh of Item;
