Bring in the Procedure for use of fund of obligatory national social insurance of Ukraine on the case of unemployment and control during the organization of paid social jobs for the unemployed approved by the resolution of board of Fund of October 16, 2008 No. 69, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 05, 2008 for No. 1077/15768, such changes:

1.1. State item 4 in such edition:

"4. The jobcenter performs money transfer of Fund to employers with whom agreements on the organization and carrying out paid social jobs are signed, according to the paragraph the second Item 3 of this Procedure, based on filed by the employer of the certified copies of documents: the sheet of accounting of use of working hours, the sheet about salary accrual, leaf of temporary disability (in case of disease of the unemployed during participation in paid social jobs).
