Changes which are made to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of August 12, 1996 No. 938

1. In the name and the text of the resolution of the word "excise duty" shall be replaced with words "excise tax".

2. In the list of check points through frontier of Ukraine through which are imported for the purpose of import and transit and also alcoholic beverages and tobacco products by codes according to UKTVED 2203 00, 2204-2208, 2402 10 00 00, 2402 20 10th 00, 2402 20 90, 2403 10 10th 00, 2403 10 90th 00, 2403 99 10th 00, on which are exported the excise duty, approved by the specified resolution is established:

in the name of the list of the word "excise duty" shall be replaced with words "excise tax";
