About determination of check points through frontier of Ukraine through which movement of excise goods is performed, and recognition voided some acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

According to part two of Article 195 of the Customs code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Approve the list of check points through frontier of Ukraine for automobile and railway connection through which import to its customs area is performed export out of its limits and movement in customs regime of transit of alcohol, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products by codes according to UKTVED 2103 90 30 00, 2106 of 90, 2204-2208, 2401, 2402 10 00th 00, 2402 20 90, of 2403, on which the excise tax which is applied is established.

2. Determine that import to customs area of Ukraine, export out of its limits and movement in customs regime of transit of alcohol, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products by codes according to UKTVED 2103 90 30 00, of 90, 2204-2208, 2401, 2402 10 00th 00, 2402 20 90, of 2403, on which is established 2106 the excise tax, it can be performed through all check points through frontier of Ukraine for sea, river, ferry and air connection.

3. Recognize invalid acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine according to the list which is attached.

4. This resolution becomes effective in ten days from the date of its publication.
