1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in Regulations on the procedure for issue of the monthly card, conditions and terms of use of it approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of June 14, 2006 No. 748 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 93, 5/22450; 2010, No. 184, 5/32249; 2011, No. 92, 5/34264):
in paragraphs second and third Item 2, appendix 1 to this Provision:
