About modification and amendments in some resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus

1. Make changes and additions to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. Item 5 of the Regulations on procedure and conditions of calculation of the years of service of public service approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of May 13, 1997 No. 471 (Collection of decrees, presidential decrees and orders of the Government of the Republic of Belarus, 1997, No. 14, Art. 521; The National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 4, 5/13638) to state in the following edition:
"5. The years of service of public service are estimated in complete years, except for case of establishment of monthly length-of-service allowance in the presence of years of service of public service from 0,5 of year up to 3 years in the amount of 10 percent of settlement official pay rate.";
1.2. part the second Item 2 of the Regulations on the commission of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus on assignment of classes by the government employee of republican state bodies appointed to positions by Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus, the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of February 6, 2004 No. 140 (National register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2004, No. 24, 5/13795), to state in the following edition:
