1. Approve the inventory which cannot be placed in customs regime of refusal for benefit of the state which is applied.

2. Recognize to invalid:

the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 17, 2003 No. 1955 "Some questions of refusal for benefit of the state of goods which are under customs control" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2003, No. 51, of the Art. 2696);

Item of 17 changes which are made to the acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 5, 2011 No. 1016 "About modification and recognition voided acts of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine concerning customs affairs" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 77, the Art. 2852).

3. This resolution becomes effective since June 1, 2012.
