Some questions of refusal for benefit of the state of goods which are under customs control
According to Article 246 of the Customs code of Ukraine the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:
1. Approve applied:
Procedure for issue by customs authority of permission to refusal for benefit of the state of goods which are under customs control;
the inventory which cannot be placed in customs regime of refusal for benefit of the state.
2. To the State Customs Service in a month:
approve the Procedure for application of customs regime of refusal for benefit of the state of goods which move through customs border of Ukraine, and the application form about refusal for benefit of the state;
bring own regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective since January 1, 2004.

In case of intention of the owner of goods which are under customs control on customs area of Ukraine (daleetovara), to refuse these goods for benefit of the state without any conditions in own favor it or person authorized by it submits to customs authority the application in form which is determined by the Ministry of Finance.
2. The application is submitted in duplicate together with documents for goods and is registered customs authority in day of its receipt.
